Thank you for shopping with us at NES Cornhole! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are happy to help with a return.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased them.

• Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, or perishable goods, may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) to our store:

• NES Cornhole

• Returns must be made in person. Please bring the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

• Once we inspect the returned item(s) in-store, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you with a return or replacement.
