Director of Group Sales

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a high-energy Director of Group Sales to help us grow the corporate side of NES Cornhole Lounge! This is a flexible, contract-based role perfect for a networking pro who knows how to close a deal. Your mission? Selling our awesome corporate event packages to organizations looking for team-building, networking, or training events for 50+ guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify & Outreach: Find and connect with local businesses, non-profits, and corporate event planners.

  • Pitch the Fun: Showcase our unique venue, from cornhole tournaments to our juice bar and corporate challenge packages.

  • Close the Deal: Manage the sales process from the first "hello" to the signed contract.

Who You Are:

  • A natural-born salesperson with a proven track record (bonus points for event or hospitality experience!).

  • A self-starter who thrives in a contract role with high earning potential.

  • Professional, organized, and friendly—fitting right into the NES culture.

Compensation & Perks:

  • 12% Commission: Earn a flat 12% on the total revenue of every event you book (excluding tax/gratuity).

  • Unlimited Earning Potential: No caps—the more you sell, the more you make!

  • Total Flexibility: Work your own hours and manage your own schedule.

Kitchen Pro Wanted at NES Cornhole Lounge!

Are you a wizard in the kitchen who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a part-time cook to join our team!

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience handling a busy kitchen like a pro.

  • Training or certification in food safety (keeping it clean and safe is a must!).

  • Availability for Tuesday and Friday evenings (approx. 5/6 PM until late).
