Full Venue Rental Description – The NES Family Entertainment Venue

Host your next unforgettable event at The NES Family Entertainment Venue — a fun, flexible, and fully indoor cornhole and event space located in the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. When you rent the entire venue, your group gets exclusive access to:

Multiple cornhole courts for open play, tournaments, or team building
A private meeting/party room
Lounge seating and social game zones
Dedicated event attendants
Sound system and music access
Optional add-ons: food packages, Basic Decor Package, leadership training, photo backdrop, and custom game setups
Vendor and decorator coordination available
Complimentary parking and easy access from major hotels and shopping

Full Venue Rental – Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Duration:
• Standard full-venue rentals are for 4-hour or 8-hour blocks.
• Custom durations are available upon request. Setup and breakdown must be included in your rental time unless otherwise arranged.

2. What’s Included:
• Exclusive use of the entire NES venue (including all cornhole courts, party room, and common areas)
• All tables, chairs, and seating arrangements
• One or more dedicated event attendants
• Use of the sound system
• One private cornhole court in the party room
• Complimentary setup of basic floor plan (additional layout customization may incur a setup fee)

3. Add-Ons Available (additional cost):
• Basic Decor Package (tablecloths, centerpieces, chafing dishes, photo backdrop, basic balloon display)
• Additional cornhole courts or tournament coordination
• Catering and food packages
• Party games, photo booth, leadership facilitators, and more
• Alcohol service through NES (in accordance with ABC regulations)

4. Food & Beverage:
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed with advance notice.
• Alcohol must be arranged through NES to ensure compliance with licensing laws.
• We offer a list of trusted catering partners or can help you coordinate outside vendors.

5. Payment & Deposit:
• A 50% refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.
• Remaining balance due on the day of the event.
• NES accepts credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
• Security deposit may be required depending on event type and size.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made 30+ days prior: Refund of any balance paid (excluding deposit)
• 14–29 days prior: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
• Less than 14 days: No refund

7. Damage & Liability:
• Renter is responsible for any damages to NES property during the event.
• A credit card will be held on file for incidental charges or excessive cleaning fees.

8. Conduct & Supervision:
• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow all NES policies.
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.
• NES reserves the right to terminate any event due to disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or safety concerns without refund.

9. Capacity & Fire Code:
• The venue accommodates up to 150 guests.
• Final guest count and layout must be confirmed 7 days prior to event.

10. Vendors & Rentals:
• NES can coordinate with outside vendors on your behalf or provide recommendations.
• All vendors must be approved in advance and provide appropriate insurance when necessary.

Meeting Room Rental Terms – The NES Family Entertainment Venue

1. Rental Duration:
• Standard rentals include 8 hours of private meeting room access.
• This includes setup and breakdown time.
• Custom pricing is available for shorter rental periods or extended hours—please inquire at booking.

2. What’s Included:
• Private meeting/party room
• Tables and chairs
• One dedicated cornhole court (additional courts available upon request)
• A dedicated event attendant
• Access to restrooms and shared venue amenities
• Optional add-ons like food packages, games, and entertainment

3. Decorations & Setup:
• You may decorate the room yourself or let us assist!
• Tape, nails, glitter, and confetti are not allowed.
• Our Basic Decor Package includes tablecloths, centerpieces, chafing dishes, a photo backdrop, and a basic balloon display.
• We also partner with local decorators and rental companies for more custom setups.

4. Food & Beverage:
• Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome with prior approval.
• Alcohol must be arranged through NES in accordance with ABC laws.
• Ask us about our preferred catering partners and drink packages.

5. Payment & Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
• Payments can be made by credit/debit card, check, or electronic transfer.

6. Cancellations & Refunds:
• Cancel 14+ days in advance: Full refund
• Cancel 7–13 days in advance: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund

7. Damage & Liability:
• Renters are responsible for any damage to the space or equipment.
• A credit card will be kept on file for incidentals or excessive cleaning needs.

8. Conduct & Use:
• All guests must behave respectfully and follow NES staff instructions.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• NES reserves the right to end any event early due to unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

9. Capacity:
• Room capacity varies based on layout and activities—will be confirmed at booking.

10. Arrival & Setup:• Please arrive on time to allow for setup and ensure full use of your rental period.

Cornhole Court Party – Up to 15 Guests

Celebrate your special occasion with a lively Cornhole Court Party at The NES! Perfect for birthdays, congratulations, or just because — this intimate party package accommodates up to 15 guests and includes exclusive use of two cornhole courts.

Your courts can be dressed up with our Basic Decor Package featuring:

Festive table covers
Cheerful balloon displays
Custom “Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations” signs
Optional photo display of the guest of honor to make the day truly personal

Enjoy friendly competition, good vibes, and all the fun cornhole has to offer — with your own dedicated space designed for celebration and fun!

Cornhole Court Party Rental Terms

1. Guest Limit:
• Maximum of 15 guests per party.

2. Rental Duration:
• Standard rental duration is 4 hours.
• Additional time can be booked upon request, subject to availability and custom pricing.

3. Included Amenities:
• Exclusive use of two cornhole courts decorated with our Basic Decor Package (table covers, balloon displays, custom sign, and optional photo display).
• Tables and chairs for guests.
• One dedicated event attendant to assist during the party.

4. Food & Beverage:
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted with prior approval.
• Alcohol service must be arranged through NES in compliance with local regulations.

5. Payment & Deposit:
• A 50% refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment is due 1 day prior to the event date.

6. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations 15 or more days before the event: refund of any balance paid (deposit excluded).
• Cancellations 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund (deposit excluded).
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: no refund.

7. Conduct & Supervision:
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow venue rules.
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.
• NES reserves the right to terminate the party early if rules are violated, with no refund.
