Meeting Room Rental Terms – The NES Family Entertainment Venue

1. Rental Duration:
• Standard rentals include 8 hours of private meeting room access.
• This includes setup and breakdown time.
• Custom pricing is available for shorter rental periods or extended hours—please inquire at booking.

2. What’s Included:
• Private meeting/party room
• Tables and chairs
• One dedicated cornhole court (additional courts available upon request)
• A dedicated event attendant
• Access to restrooms and shared venue amenities
• Optional add-ons like food packages, games, and entertainment

3. Decorations & Setup:
• You may decorate the room yourself or let us assist!
• Tape, nails, glitter, and confetti are not allowed.
• Our Basic Decor Package includes tablecloths, centerpieces, chafing dishes, a photo backdrop, and a basic balloon display.
• We also partner with local decorators and rental companies for more custom setups.

 

4. Food & Beverage:
• Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome with prior approval.
• Alcohol must be arranged through NES in accordance with ABC laws.
• Ask us about our preferred catering partners and drink packages.

 

5. Payment & Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
• Payments can be made by credit/debit card, check, or electronic transfer.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds:
• Cancel 14+ days in advance: Full refund
• Cancel 7–13 days in advance: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund

 

7. Damage & Liability:
• Renters are responsible for any damage to the space or equipment.
• A credit card will be kept on file for incidentals or excessive cleaning needs.

 

8. Conduct & Use:
• All guests must behave respectfully and follow NES staff instructions.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• NES reserves the right to end any event early due to unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

 

9. Capacity:
• Room capacity varies based on layout and activities—will be confirmed at booking.

10. Arrival & Setup:• Please arrive on time to allow for setup and ensure full use of your rental period.
