1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased them.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, or perishable goods, may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
2. How to Return

- Returns must be made in person. Please bring the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Once we inspect the returned item(s) in-store, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you with a return or replacement.
